Inconel 625 metallographic structure:
|
The microstructure of the alloy is austenite matrix and a small amount of TiN, NbC, and M6C phases in the solution state. The precipitated phases are γ ', δ, M23C6 and M6C after aging at 650-900 ℃ for a long time.

Inconel 625 process performance and requirements:
|
1, the alloy has good cold and hot forming properties, ingot forging heating temperature 1120 ℃.
2, the average grain size of the alloy and forging deformation degree, the final forging temperature is closely related.
3, the alloy welding performance is good, can be protected under the atmosphere with tungsten or the alloy as a material for argon arc welding, but also can be used for brazing and resistance seam welding.
4, the surface treatment process: remove the oxide surface when the first alkaline base wash, then acid sales, hydrofluoric acid - water pickling.
5, when the alloy cold working when the processing capacity is greater than 15%, after annealing to be annealed.
