Nimonic80A age-hardening nickel-based superalloy
Nimonic80A Features and Applications Overview:
GH80A is a high-temperature alloy based on nickel-chromium with addition of aluminum and titanium as phase-dispersed dispersion. Similar to GH4033 except that the content of aluminum is slightly higher, GH80A has a good working temperature of 700-800 ℃ and 650-850 ℃ Creep and oxidation performance. The alloy has good hot workability. The alloy used in the manufacture of engine rotor blades, guide vane bearings, bolts, blade lock plate and other parts.

Nimonic80A Process performance and requirements:
1, the alloy hot deformation heating temperature is 1160 ~ 1180 ℃, the best plastic temperature range is 1160 ~ 1000 ℃, one-time maximum deformation of 50%, large-size die forgings require cladding die forging.
2, the average grain size of the alloy and forging deformation degree, the final forging temperature is closely related.
3, the alloy in solid solution can be inert gas tungsten arc welding and flash butt welding.
