InconelX-750 (UNS NO7750)
InconelX-750 Features and Applications Overview:
The alloy is primarily a Ni-base superalloy aged with γ '[Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb)] phase and has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance under 980 ° C., high strength below 800 ° C., 540 ℃ the following has better resistance to relaxation performance, but also has good formability and welding performance, the alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of aero-engine work below 800 ℃ and require higher strength corrosion-resistant rings, structural parts and Bolts and other parts, work below 540 ℃ with moderate or low stress and require relaxation of the flat spring and coil spring. Can also be used to manufacture turbine blades and other parts.

InconelX-750 microstructure:
The microstructure of the alloy is composed of γ matrix, Ti (C, N), Nb (C, N), M23C6 carbides and γ '[Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb)] phases with γ' content of about 14.5 %, Is the main strengthening phase of the alloy.
InconelX-750 process performance and requirements:
1, the forging temperature of the alloy is easy to form between 1220 ~ 950 ℃. The alloy is solution treated after the intense forming process.
2, the average grain size of the alloy and forging deformation degree, the final forging temperature is closely related.
3, the alloy has good welding performance, can be a variety of welding. Aging after welding gives approximately the complete strength of the heat treated state.
4, part heat treatment in sulfur-free neutral or reducing atmosphere, so as to avoid sulfidation.
