Inconloy A-286 Features and Applications Overview:
The alloy is Fe-25Ni-15Cr-based superalloy, adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron comprehensive strengthening. Below 650 ℃ with high yield strength and long-lasting, creep strength, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. Suitable for the manufacture of high temperature bearing components for long-term operation of aeroengines below 650 ° C, such as turbine disks, compressor disks, rotor blades and fasteners.

Inconloy A-286 Metallography:
In the standard heat treatment, the alloy possesses spherical and uniform interstitial Ni3 (Ti, Al) -type γ 'phase and TiN and TiC on the γ matrix with a small amount of M3B2 in the grain boundaries. There may be a small amount of η phase and L phase.
Inconloy A-286 Process Performance and Requirements:
1, the alloy has good malleability, forging heating temperature 1140 ℃, final forging 900 ℃.
2, the average grain size of the alloy and forging deformation degree, the final forging temperature is closely related.
3, the alloy has a satisfactory welding performance. The alloy is soldered in the solution state and the aging is performed after welding.
